We believe there is nothing that can replace experience.  It helps us shape our product, how it interacts with your members and coaches, and how we consult our clients to set up and get running.  This experience only comes from years in the field, working on the floor with gym members. This experience cannot be bought.

We believe that fitness professionals are in their position because they like helping people.  It’s why all of us originally opened gyms, and it’s why we ultimately shifted to helping gym owners.

Who We’re Looking For

In order to keep our team small, nimble and massively efficient, we have very strict criteria in who we are looking for.  To be in consideration to work at PushPress you should meet all of the following:

Minimum of 3 years of gym management or ownership experience. After running a gym for 3 years, you’ll know many of the best-practice processes and “gotchas” of the industry. This experience will allow you to help other owners succeed faster.

Massively tech-forward. You love the latest tech gadgets, aspire to (or do) own a Tesla, love learning about new technology and see the value in things like facial recognition, wearable technology, or home automation.

Loves a challenge. We value people who see “working outside of my comfort zone or job title” as an opportunity for personal growth.

Loves fitness. Ideally of many disciplines. We love participating in fitness as much as we love building the software for it.

Plays well with others. Working remote does not mean you’re on an island.  We work closely together and are building a team of people we can genuinely call friends outside of work.
