The minimum required equipment is as follows:
- 1 Ski Erg for every 4 athletes attending class
- 1 Row Erg for every 4 athletes attending class
- 1 Sled for every 8 athletes
- 1 Sled + rope for every 8 athletes
- 1 Kettlebell for each athlete in the class
- 1 Sandbag for every 2 athletes attending class
Substitutions can be implemented if most of your members will be participating in hybrid training as a way to stay in shape and challenge themselves. However, if you are offering this class specifically to help your members prepare for their HYROX race we highly recommend carrying the minimum necessary equipment.
We divide each training block in Weeks A and B, meaning you will see progressions implemented in a staggered manner. This allows for movement distributions that never feel repetitive, especially for members who may not be able to attend class consistently across the week.
Yes, The Progrm HYROX Class is designed to be both enjoyable for your members but also effective training for those who wish to prepare for a race.
We recommend that your members complete at least two months of four to five sessions per week, or three months of three weekly sessions for them to feel prepared and confident for race day.
