What is Rank Request?
A workflow that lets members submit their own belt and stripe history through a mobile-friendly form. Admins review and approve every submission before it's finalized in PushPress.
Does my staff still need to manually assign ranks?
Not for onboarding. When you send a Rank Request, members handle the entry themselves. Your admin's job is reviewing and approving submissions — not doing all the data entry. If you need to make corrections, you can edit any submission before approving it.
Do members need the Members App to submit their rank?
No. Rank Request sends a link via email or SMS. Members fill out the form from any device — no app download or PushPress account required.
Can parents submit rank for their kids?
Yes. You can send a Rank Request to a parent contact linked to child accounts. The parent fills in the details for their student.
What if a member submits wrong information?
You can edit any submission before approving it. Nothing is saved until you've reviewed and confirmed it.
Is Rank Request available on all plans?
Rank Request is available on Core paid plans that include Rank Tracking. It's not available on free plans.
