TL;DR
Updates to PushPress Core's Dashboard are designed to give gym owners more personalization, actionable insights, and an effortless workflow.
At PushPress, we're always listening to your feedback to improve our tools and make running your gym as seamless and powerful as possible. With that in mind, we’re thrilled to unveil three major enhancements to your home base: the Core Dashboard.
These updates are designed to give gym owners like you more personalization, actionable insights, and an effortless workflow. Here’s a closer look at what’s new and why we wanted to get it into your hands.
1. Customizable quick links
Your gym is unique, and so is the way you manage it. Now, you can create a personalized navigation setup that matches your workflow. Want your most-used reports, member data, or check-in features at your fingertips? Done. This enhancement reduces clicks, streamlines navigation, and ensures the dashboard evolves with your gym’s needs.
What’s new:
- Increased quick links from 5 fixed options to over 30 selectable links.
- Drag-and-drop functionality for arranging your preferred order.
- User-configurable display preferences for ultimate flexibility.
2. Enhanced date filtering
You’ve told us that gym metrics aren’t one-size-fits-all. With the new date picker, you can analyze data the way it makes sense to you. Whether you’re tracking growth month-to-date or comparing last week’s performance, these filters give you the context you need to make informed decisions that drive your business forward.
What’s new:
- Expanded beyond 7-day/30-day presets to include a range of preset data ranges as well as the ability to select a custom date ranges
- The ability to compare period-over-period metrics for deeper insights
3. Member avatars in key metrics
We know numbers alone don’t tell the full story. The addition of member avatars makes your data more personal and relatable. Now you can instantly see the faces behind your metrics and quickly identify members who need attention. It’s a small touch that brings the human connection back to your dashboard.
What’s new:
- Member avatars added to key metric cards
- Hover-over functionality displays member details like names
- Indicator for additional members when more than three are tied to a metric
4. Improved check-in experience
This streamlined check-in flow saves you time and enhances the experience for your members. Whether it’s managing class rosters or ensuring every member feels seen and valued, this update ties together efficiency and personalization, helping you deliver the premium service your gym is known for.
What’s new:
- Restored one-click check-in button with an enhanced side panel
- Added class selection dropdown, including “Open Gym”
- More contextual member information during the check-in process
Designed for gym owners, powered by your feedback
These updates aren’t just changes for the sake of change. They’re the direct result of your input and feedback gathered from our dashboard survey. Here’s what we kept top of mind as we developed these features for you:
- User-driven design: Every addition and tweak reflects what YOU asked for. Keep giving us feedback — we love it!
