Every customer searching for a gym, fitness program, or health advice, has some kind of problem. How you solve that problem should be the first message they see on your homepage. The main goal of a great header is to help customers know the main thing you do to solve their problem. If you can't easily display that right away, you're likely to lose them.

Do you have a Call to Action that's clearly visible and easy to find? A CTA is a button on your homepage that will guide customers to respond or take action on your website.
