5 Ways to Leverage PushPress for Branding the Gym Member Experience
TL;DR

Your logo and brand are the first things a person interacts with when interfacing with your gym. On there own, your logo and brand probably are not going to make a sale for you. But a bad logo or brand experience can definitely lose it for you.

If you're reading this, you're most likely a gym owner. Which means you are probably a stronger coach and business owner than a graphic designer. (No offense to those of you who are a graphic designer / gym owner!). So we've set out to make this process to leverage your logo and brand as simple as possible.

We recently did a webinar on how to leverage PushPress to brand to your members better. Check out the full replay of our webinar to see this live and in action.

Here are the 5 tools you can use to own your branding and the member experience:

1. Logo

Set your logo and main color theme in the settings section of PushPress.

2. Landing Pages

A landing page is where a lead can sign up for your services or to learn more information. It is also the first page where they can interact with your business (unless they are coming from your website). So this should be a very simple and clean step.[caption id="attachment_5875" align="aligncenter" width="1024"]

3. Member App

The Member app is a standard feature for all PushPress clients. Once a lead has signed up for a plan or trial class, they will have access to the Member App. If you've uploaded your logo and set your main color theme in Step 1, your brand will be front and center in the member app. By this time, the lead will start to see some consistency in their experience from the landing page to the member app.[caption id="attachment_5863" align="alignleft" width="1015"]

4. Check-in App

When a lead walks into your gym for the first time, they will need to check into class. This is where the Check-in App comes into play. The app should be installed on a tablet at your front desk, waiting for the lead or member to check in. It will have the same color settings that we set in step 1. Again, nothing ground breaking here... just a smooth and consistent experience.

5. PushPress Screens App

This app should be installed on an Amazon FireStick, which would be connected to 1 or more TVs at your facility. The screens serve 2 purposes; to display class attendance and for coaches to display and coach to workouts. Again, this app will have your logo and main color displayed. After a member checks into the session, they can see their name and profile picture on the large screen. There you have it. 5 tools you can use with 5 minutes of work. The consistent color theme and well represented logo will make your gym look professional at each stage of the member's experience. All of these features are available to both PushPress Free and Pro clients.
