James brings 15 years of experience to the team. He grew from personal trainer, CrossFit Coach, to general manager, and Affiliate owner of Lincoln Park CrossFit in Chicago. As an Affiliate owner, James had the ability to build the environment and develop his team. This helped him execute his vision of changing people's lives.
James leads Brand and Product Marketing for PushPress. He has always been in awe of “how tight knit of a group the PushPress team was (and is) and what really bonds everyone together is their experience as gym owners or as business owners.”
As an Affiliate owner, James knew that “dominating his day” meant control of his own schedule. That required him to develop systems, processes, and a team. That framework gave James the freedom to move between the gym and his primary role as a husband and father. In turn, that allowed him to work on his business but to also be present for his family.
