We found a small issue in the refund process that caused an error to be reported when trying to refund a customer.
If you saw this error, your client was correctly refunded their money on the backend - so you can rest assured that your client got their money refunded. The error did prevent our database from recording the refund. If you saw an error refunded in the last couple of days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information and we will update your system accordingly for you:
Receipt ID, Amount Refunded, Customer Name
