Stacy Kim, one of our Customer Success Team members, brings a high skill set in business entrepreneurship and discipline in martial arts to the team. She developed a youth martial arts program as well as a kickboxing program. Stacy realized very quickly that she was good at coaching children, but loved focusing on teaching women.
Being a small business owner through the pandemic caused Stacy to dig in and reassess her business model. She needed to “make sure that everything [we] were doing was going to make impact and that it was going to be mission focused...and that [we] were going to be able to survive financially.”
Stacy now has the chance to roll her expertise as a business owner coupled with her passion for teaching and coaching into her role on the Customer Success team. She cares to give our gym owners the same level of support that she was given as a customer of PushPress. This allows our gym owners the ability to dominate their day!
