In May, we focused heavily on cleaning up small bugs that have caused friction or confusion across the platform. The goal? Delivering simplicity, functionally, and better gym operations.
Billing fixes: We cleaned up several billing issues to improve accuracy. Receipts now show the right totals, emails aren’t sent multiple times, and subscriptions and payment methods work more smoothly.
Interface & navigation: All PushPress users now have the most up-to-date Core dashboard. We’ve also eliminated a bug around inconsistent links in the People table and dashboard apps, and ensured the activity feed loads consistently.
Lead & member lists: Leads are accurately filtered, birthdates export properly in CSVs, and users on non-membership plans are labeled clearly.
Staff App Chat stability: We improved chat to fix long term bugs and added new features to drive more efficiency, including read receipts, file attachments, reactions, and more.
System reliability: Fixes to date logic, report accuracy, and invoice locking should improve consistency behind the scenes.

We've Refreshed the Grow Content Library
Grow
We’ve given your Grow Content Library a fresh, cleaner look, making it simpler to use while improving functionality.
What’s new?
The Grow Content Library interface now features updated icons and an intuitive layout, creating a distraction-free environment. Workflow names have also been clarified to better reflect their purpose — for example, "Fresh Start Campaign" is now "Seasonal Promotion Campaign."
Additionally, backend efficiency has been enhanced, ensuring workflows only pull in what’s necessary, keeping your Grow Sync setup clean and free from unnecessary tags, folders, or custom fields.
Who this helps:
Gym owners and admins: With this refresh, navigating your content is smoother, and setting up marketing workflows takes less time. This means you can focus more on growing your gym and less on clunky library management.

Insurance Is in Core
Core
We’ve fully integrated insurance with PushPress Core. You can manage your policy, get a new quote, switch coverage, download COIs, add trainers, and even file a claim — all directly inside Core.
What’s new?
The Insurance App is now available in the Core App Store. Once installed, it shows up in your left-side navigation, putting your policy at your fingertips.
Who this helps:
Existing customers: You already have top-rated coverage with PushPress — and now you can get expert help and instantly access your insurance policy directly within Core.
Customers without insurance: Easily request a quote without ever leaving the app.

We identified and fixed these bugs:
Core: Cleaned up bugs in the People List, SMS, and reports. Fixed issues that caused data to display wrong, go missing, or fail silently.
Commerce: Resolved billing bugs around prorated charges, discounts, payment methods, and invoice logic. Admin workflows should now behave more predictably.Grow: Squashed multiple sync and webhook issues. Contacts, fields, and automation should now update reliably without duplication errors.
Members App: Fixed a bug that blocked push notifications for some members.
Reporting: Corrected issues with check-in counts and anniversary dates. Reports now match expected totals and display the right member milestones.
